Google used to be great when they actually cared about each of its users...but in the grand scheme, we are the ones getting used. The inability to cancel these subscriptions is another example of customers being raked over the coals with SaaS along with other transactional values. I will dispute this with my bank and provide them with all necessary videos, pictures, and transcripts allowing them to decide how to pursue with their legal team. The State of FL imposes hefty fines for these types of entrapments and has multiple against you currently.

Can't talk to anybody, and when I finally did, they couldn't tell me why my account is on hold. I need to identify myself. I sent in a copy of my driver's license, but it wasn't enough. Instead, they want me to identify a bank card that is no longer listed as of 6 years ago so they can make a 90-cent charge in order to identify me.
What kind of BS is this? After arguing with 4 different customer representatives, they want me to contact my bank for that old card I haven't had in years so they can charge it??? What kind of dumb crap is this? I have 3 other active and working cards on there along with $29 in play credits, and my account remains on hold.
I can't do anything with the money I have in there or use my cards. You can't get anyone on the phone. 3 out of the 4 I spoke to at customer service ended our conversation when I argued about them using an old unlisted card to identify myself over a valid Texas driver's license because that card has been history for over 6 years.
Even if my bank kept records of old bank card numbers, how is Google going to charge a card that is invalid for years, and why do you need to make a petty charge on there to identify me versus my driver's license? Either way, give me my $29 back in play points I put in so maybe I can spend it somewhere else like Yahoo, you freaking ***

I am a regular Google Pay user, and my registered phone number is +91 9933****66. I have been residing in Kuwait for the past five years.
My Airtel number has sufficient balance with an active international recharge and SMS plan.
However, for the past seven days, I have been trying to activate my bank account on Google Pay. Each time I attempt this, an amount of 25 is deducted as the standard OTP/SMS verification charge, but the process fails with the error message: Couldnt reach the server. Try again.
This issue has repeated several times, and so far, I have lost more than 300 in SMS charges without successfully activating my account. When I contacted Airtel customer care, they informed me that it is a Google Pay server issue.
This situation is very disappointing, as users are continuously charged despite the recurring activation failure.
I kindly request you to look into this issue and assist me in linking or activating my bank account at the earliest.

Well, this is the first time I ever used Google Pay to pay for an item because they will only take Google Pay. I ordered some pants and some clothes, but I haven't received any of the stuff except for the pants.
They said that it was delivered to my house successfully, and it was not. We don't even have a tracking number for the pants. Where did they go? I've been texting the company.
I sent them FedEx, USPS, and I sent them all three companies where I showed them the tracking number, and they all said they don't use those types of tracking numbers. I have written to the company; I got one response, but I haven't received any more. I've been writing to the company for a while because the pants took a long time, and I still haven't received them.
It's very upsetting because I thought by using Google Pay that it would help me with the situation. That's why I always go through PayPal, but they only take Google Pay.
