I still have yet been refunded my money back and I can't get anyone to pick up the phone and tell me why I couldn't apply my 2 purchases Google Play cards was worth $10 a piece.
Because I purchased a $10 Go MDogle Play card and I thought I punched in the code number but come to find out a couple of days I saw that I couldn't upgrade and i look on my phone and i went to Google Play and found out I had a $10 Google Play balance.
I just want my money applied to my Google Play balance or refunded back to me. The first purchase I didn't keep my receipt but the SECOND purchase I held on to the receipt.
Could someone please call me to tell me something or email I have nothing bad to say about Google play services because I can't have enjoyed playing my games and really having fun playing my friends on there since we've always been competitive . NThanks P.
S someone please email me. Also I hope it still shows from the first $10 card showed balance of $10 but my game bal still says 0.34 is my balance right now.

Google Play keeps making unauthorized purchases on my card, and I have no clue why. Moreover, no one has access to my card, nor did I lend it to anyone.
Today, on 1/21/2025, my card was charged 18 different times in less than 5 minutes for the amounts of $55.37. This needs to stop.
Four times, $1.08 was taken, four times $3.26 was taken, and seven times $5.43 was taken. I want a refund for all unauthorized purchases done by Google Play.

To log in to your account, open the Google Pay app on your device or visit the official website. Tap the Sign In link, and provide your Google Account email or phone number. Enter your password, tap “Next,” and follow any additional prompts to complete the sign-in process.
To delete your Google Pay account, sign in on myaccount.google.com and open your Google Account settings. Navigate to the Privacy and Personalization section, scroll down to the Download or Delete Your Data option, and select “Delete a Service.” Find “Google Pay” in the list, click “Delete” and follow the on-screen instructions. Finally, go to payments.google.com and click the Close Payments Profile button under “Settings.”
To report a problem with Google Pay, open the app on your device, tap on your profile picture or the account icon at the top right, find the Help and Feedback section, and click the Send Feedback button. Describe the issue you’re experiencing and include any relevant details. Check the Send Logs box if you want to provide more information to help diagnose the problem.
If you need immediate assistance or want to dispute a transaction, you can use the Google Pay chat on the Google Pay Help Center page.
To make payments using Google Pay in stores, enable NFC on your phone, unlock it, and hold near the payment terminal until you get a confirmation on your phone screen. For online payments, select Google Pay at checkout and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment.
You can also send money via the Google Pay app. Tap “Send” or “Pay” at the bottom of the screen, enter the recipient’s contact details and the amount, select the payment method, and tap “Send” to confirm the payment.
To check the status of a dispute on Google Pay, open the app on your device, tap on your profile picture or the account icon at the top right, and select “Help and Feedback.” Tap the View All Transactions button, find the transaction you disputed, and tap on it to check its status.
Alternatively, you can contact Google Pay support at the Google Pay Help Center for more detailed instructions and assistance.
You can remove a card from your Google Pay account via the app. Tap on your profile icon at the top right and select the Payment Methods tab. Find the card you want to remove, tap on it, and then tap the three-dot menu icon. Select the Remove Payment Method option and confirm your choice.
To remove a card from Google Pay via the website, visit payments.google.com and sign in with your Google account. Click “Payment methods” on the left side, find the card you want to remove, and click “Remove” next to the card.
You can use Google Pay at any store that accepts contactless payments. You can also pay for public transportation in cities that support Google Pay for transit fares. Many online retailers accept Google Pay as well. The service can also be used for in-app purchases in apps like Airbnb, Fandango, and more. If you need to send money to friends and family, you can do it directly through the Google Pay app.
Google Pay generally does not charge fees for most transactions. However, some credit card issuers may charge a cash advance fee for transactions made through Google Pay. If you use Google Pay for international transactions, your bank or card issuer may also charge foreign transaction fees.
